Diffusion is one of the best ways to utilize the benefits of many essential oils. While there are many styles of diffusers, the main goal is to get powerful and efficient atomization of the oil. Simply fill to the fill line with water (do not overfill) and shake in 15 to 20 drops of your favorite oil or your favorite blend (synergy).
For the home, large or x-large capacity diffusers are best. Most have an intermittent feature that emits the essence periodically over a 3-to-6-hour period (depending on the unit). Intermittent delivery is also useful when entertaining, or during times of illness due to the common cold, the flu or allergies and sinus pain.
