UseHow To
Place 5 drops in diffuser with water. Diffuse several times per day for 15 to 20 minutes
Inhale from bottle or lid, Place 2 drops on a cotton ball and inhale, Rub 1 or 2 drops between hands and gently inhale
Add 40 drops to a half cup of water. Shake vigorously before each use and apply lightly to areas of concern. Avoid getting it in the eyes.
Place 2 to 4 drops in one ounce (2 TBS) of massage cream or oil. Apply to areas of concern. Wash hands immediately to avoid eye contact!
