New Life Direct Retail Sales
Shipping:
New Life ships domestic only. All standard orders ship within 3 to 5 days*. Free standard shipping is applied to all retail sales over $75.
Returns:
New Life is always interested in your complete satisfaction. If not fully satisfied with your New Life direct sale product, you may return the unused portion within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. 60 day returns will be refunded at 50 %. 90 day returns are refunded at 10%. Anything beyond 90 days is not eligible for refund.
New Life Direct Wholesale Sales
Shipping:
New Life ships domestic only. All standard orders ship within 15 days. All shipping rates apply.
Returns:
New Life is always interested in your full satisfaction. If not fully satisfied with your New Life Direct wholesale products, you may return any unopened product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. 60 day returns will be refunded at 50% minus a 20% restocking fee. All orders over 60 days are not eligible for refund.
Third Party Sales
Third party sales are defined by any products shipped and received from another company other than New Life.
