Get to Know a Little about us
Gail joins the yoga teaching community with a strong background in wellness practice attained through her training at the Cleveland Clinic School of Yoga. Paired with experience in public education, she is ready to make a difference in the community with new yoga practitioners, from children to “seasoned” adults. Sensitive to the differences in readiness for practice, Gail brings a positive, caring, and uplifting vision to enable anyone to access the benefits of yoga.
“My passion for health and wellness runs deep, inspired by observing the debilitating effect of disease in my aging parents, as well as experiencing some of my own health challenges. I have spent my adult life seeking holistic and healthy lifestyle choices as proactive and preventative strategies to achieve optimal physical and mental health. I am dedicated to educating and empowering others to connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits as they heal their bodies and nurture their spirits.” ~ Gail

Born and raised in Fairview Park, Ohio Jackie was first exposed to yoga in her high school gym class. She dabbled with yoga on and off throughout college, but more seriously began her practice in 2012. In October of 2014 she traveled to Bali, Indonesia to complete a 200 hour teacher training with Alicia Cheung and Oliver Reinsch of YogaWorks. While in Bali she decided to complete a 100 hour Yin Yoga training in addition to her vinyasa training with the same teachers.
“During my classes I try to recognize the uniqueness each one of my students possesses so that they may become more aware of their bodies and deepen their practice in a safe and educated way.” ~ Jackie

I feel like yoga is a secret treasure. From the outside looking in, it looks like a great way to stretch and strengthen the body. But the real magic of yoga lies under the surface. It has the power to heal a broken heart, to reconnect you to your true self, to improve relationships and to make you an over-all kinder person. Yoga is a journey within. There is no way to describe it, I encourage everyone to try it and see where it will takes you!
My classes are a dance of breath and movement, strength and grace. It will pull you out of a busy mind and into your heart.
I received my training from Tammy Lyons and am inspired greatly by Kim Payne.
“What soothes my soul: Being with my husband, kids and crazy dogs, spending time outdoors, talking and laughing with my family and friends.” ~ Tiffany

Certified Yoga Instructor, RYT 200
Heated Slow Vinyasa Flow
As a former dancer, I suffer from arthritis, so badly that doctors wanted to put me on pain blockers. I chose yoga instead. Not an easy journey at first, but over a few months, yoga has literally changed my life. This is why I teach yoga, to help others.
I received my 200 RYT from Krysia Energy University in 2013. Through this journey I learned to listen to my body, pushing myself but also modifying as needed. And I encourage my students to do the same. I have an innate passion for living life fully and being of service to others.
I have my BSBA (Marketing Major), RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), Silver Sneakers Certified, Mini Yogis Certified, and First Aid/CPR/AED certified. I work full-time, but on evenings and weekends, I teach all ages, from 5 to 95.
“Yoga is a healing practice, physically and emotionally. My hope for you is to walk away feeling more at peace so you can be your best and brightest self.” ~ Lana
