Return and Refund Procedure
- Full refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery date.
- Any unopened and unused products may be returned for 90% refund 31 – 90 days from delivery date.
- Any unopened and unused products may be returned for 50% refund 91 days – 1 year from delivery date. After 1 year no refunds will be issued.
- All refunds must have the Return Form completed and inside the return box or refund may not be issued.
- Refunds will be issued within five days of receiving a valid return.
- New Life Massage & Whole Living Solutions will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
- A copy of the New Life Massage & Whole Living Solutions credit card purchase receipt may be requested prior to New Life Massage & Whole Living Solutions issuing a Return Authorization.
- The product must be returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature, and other components. New Life Massage & Whole Living Solutions reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature, or other original components are missing.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product. To request an RA number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 440-773-6464 and provide the following information: Name, Address, Phone, Reason for refund, and Date of purchase.Upon receipt of the RA number, send product to:
