Return and Refund Procedure

  1. Full refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery date.
  2. Any unopened and unused products may be returned for 90% refund 31 – 90 days from delivery date.
  3. Any unopened and unused products may be returned for 50% refund 91 days – 1 year from delivery date. After 1 year no refunds will be issued.
  4. All refunds must have the Return Form completed and inside the return box or refund may not be issued.
  5.  Refunds will be issued within five days of receiving a valid return.
  6. New Life Massage & Whole Living Solutions will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
  7. A copy of the New Life Massage & Whole Living Solutions credit card purchase receipt may be requested prior to New Life Massage & Whole Living Solutions issuing a Return Authorization.
  8. The product must be returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature, and other components. New Life Massage & Whole Living Solutions reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature, or other original components are missing.
  9. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product. To request an RA number, please email melissa@nlmwholeliving.com or call 440-773-6464 and provide the following information: Name, Address, Phone, Reason for refund, and Date of purchase.Upon receipt of the RA number, send product to:

  10. Please mark the RA number on the outside of the package
