What soothes my soul: Being with my husband, kids, and crazy dogs, spending time outdoors, talking and laughing with my family and friends.
“I feel like yoga is a secret treasure. From the outside looking in, it looks like a great way to stretch and strengthen the body. But the real magic of yoga lies under the surface. It has the power to heal a broken heart, to reconnect you with your true self, to improve relationships and to make you an overall kinder person. Yoga is a journey within. There is no way to describe it, I encourage everyone to try it and see where it will take you!” ~ Tiffany

Certified and Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT 200
As a former dancer, I suffer from arthritis, so badly that doctors wanted to put me on pain blockers. I chose yoga instead. Not an easy journey at first, but over a few months, yoga has literally changed my life. This is why I teach yoga, to help others.
I received my 200 RYT (registered yoga teacher) from Krysia Energy University in 2013.
Through this journey I learned to listen to my body, pushing myself but also modifying as needed. And I encourage my students to do the same.
I have an innate passion for living life fully and being of service to others. I have my BSBA (Marketing Major), RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), Silver Sneakers Certified, MiniYogis Certified, and First Aid/CPR/AED certified. I work full-time, but on evenings and weekends, I teach all ages, from 5 to 95.

Karen Mahoney – 200 RYT / Omnipresent Yoga
In 1989 I received my health and fitness certification from the American College of Sports Medicine and started personal training and teaching fitness classes in studios and gyms throughout the Bay Area of California. In 2015 my personal love for fitness led me to yoga. I was instantly addicted and have practiced every day to exercise not only my physical body but more importantly my spirit and my mind. After 200 hours of training with omnipresent yoga, I am now an officially registered yoga teacher! Yoga has changed my life and I hope to share my love for the practice with many others.
“Through the practice of yoga and Thai massage I have the ability to not only ground myself mentally but to help many other people achieve a positive, happy and healthy life.” ~Karen

Kate Matos
Certified Kid’s Yoga Guide
Kate has been a licensed massage therapist for 9 years and has a great appreciation for the importance of movement and an active lifestyle. Kate has been practicing yoga for 16 years and feels it is crucial to her physical and mental well-being. Kate started going to mommy and me yoga classes with her oldest son, Finn when he was 6 weeks old and continued as he grew. Finn is now 4 years old and now takes both him and his 2-year-old brother, Kieran, to kids’ yoga classes, as well as incorporating yoga into their daily lives at home.
Yoga has taught her children a fun and safe way to move and stretch, given them ways to calm themselves and deal with stress, and helped to build their confidence. After witnessing the positive impact yoga has had on her own children’s lives Kate wanted to be a part of that for other children. She finished her training with Kids Yoga Guide in the fall of 2014 and has been having a blast teaching yoga to kids since.
“I believe in yoga for all ages. Children today are under so much pressure and I am hopeful that kids’ yoga can give them a bit of joy, as well as a foundation to help navigate life’s many challenges. ” ~Kate
