Yoga classes are focused on teaching children and adults to practice yoga correctly and safely. We have classes for beginners, intermediates and advanced.

Meditation. Many people want to start a practice of meditation, but simply don’t think they have what it takes. They could not be more wrong. If you have the desire, you have the ability.
There are helpful techniques that will set you on the road to successful meditation. (Private sessions only at this time.)
But, these techniques are unique and can only be accessed with a trained Sai Shakti Healer.
