So, what is Nia?
Looking for something fun and a little more lively to start or end your day? Our Nia class may be just what you need. Nia is non-impact aerobics that replaces high impact movements high energy movements allowing you to once again find JOY and freedom in just moving!
Amanda makes moving fun! You will move, shout and perhaps even laugh your way through this class. Before you know it the hour is gone!

The purpose will be to find a silent place within allowing you to have clarity. As your clarity increases, you will feel more focused and empowered.
Through meditation, you will be able to acknowledge the chaos in the world around you and change how you instinctively respond to it. Meditation is a practice and it takes time to develop these qualities. So, be patient with yourself
Pilates is a method of body conditioning that focuses on developing a strong core while improving flexibility, coordination, and balance. Emphasis is placed on correct alignment, breathing, control, and concentration. Pilates will enable you to lengthen and tone your muscles, decrease stress, improve your focus, and repair your body while improving posture. Pilates enhances daily activities as well as sports performances.
This class is for all levels. Proper modifications will be given when needed and props will be used to add additional challenges.
